Low Foam Aluminum / Metal Cleaning Agent with degreasing zinc stearate

Brief : JH1355?consist of organic acid, non-ion surface active agent and zwitterion free from phosphor and nitrogen.

Bath solution compound: Put cold water into the tank till three-quarter with appropriate degreasing agent, then stirring, after, add sufficient water till working level, after, heat bath solution till operating temperature.

Test method: free acid:1.pipet 10ml sample to conical beaker,

Density: test sample with gravimeter in 25 degree

Bath solution control: need to add2kg/1000l if free acid increase 0.5point.

?We could drain the bath solution regularly in continuous flow or automatic flow to maintain the TFR lower than MAX TFR.
